I am a Master Level Red Hat Qigong Practitioner; and a Shamanic Breathwork Practitioner. I do Akashic Record readings and am trained in the Soul Realignment modality. I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and am an Integrative Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Coach. I facilitate Women’s Circles, programs, and retreats and am so excited to offer more and more and more!

I have gone through life as a sensitive, an empath, an intuitive, a woman who has been on and continues to be on an incredibly powerful journey of healing, of love, of laughter, of truth, of shadow work, of diving deep into whatever it takes to be the most powerful, authentic guide to myself and others, I can be!

I am a Modern-day Priestess who plays in the quantum realm, a worker of deep magic that involves helping you to find your joy, your pleasure, your purpose, your passion, your vibrancy and your vitality. 

I will help you step into your goddess energy and learn how to embrace and play with your magic, to learn how to connect to the spiritual and energetic realm, so you too can heal on all levels of your being and be in your authentic power, your authentic light. I have been where you are. I know how you feel when you are dreaming of boundless energy, you have loved ones you want to support, and no matter how much you want to support them, no matter how much you want to feel like yourself again, your body, your mind, just won’t allow you to do it. 

 

I know what it feels like to look at your life and know there is SO much more. To know that you aren’t in a place where you are truly happy, thriving, or living your best life whether that is because of emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual disconnection. The good news is, we can change that! Oftentimes, we have to jump through the fire to get to the light but once we do, we become happier and more fulfilled than we ever could imagine! 

 

Please know that I am the real deal. I hold a container of compassion, non-judgment, acceptance, humor, wisdom and love. I am a channel and the energy I channel heals. The message and knowledge I have is authentic as I teach what I have experienced and have embodied myself. 


I support, I guide, I work with energy, I work with magic. I too have had to learn how to become the eye in the center of the storm when the world around me is falling apart. I bring a sense of humor and lightness, as well as deep compassion and love. I recognize the shadows that come up but also embrace the light.
